Third-Party Services

  • Clerk (Authentication): Processes your account data for authentication purposes. Clerk handles your data in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Google Gemini API (AI Processing): Your messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate AI responses. Google may process this data in accordance with their API terms of service.
  • Self-Hosted Infrastructure: Our knowledge base retrieval system and conversation history database are self-hosted and managed by us.

Data Retention

  • Conversation history is maintained in our database to provide continuity across sessions.
  • You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting us.
  • Account data is retained as long as your account remains active.
  • Browser-stored data (such as your conversation list) is under your control and can be cleared at any time.

Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS). Access to the service requires authentication, and all API endpoints serving user data are protected behind authenticated access controls.

What We Don’t Do
