The service provides on-demand guidance informed by advanced collaborative law training materials. The service is currently in beta.

This service is designed for and restricted to licensed collaborative law professionals, including collaborative attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial neutrals. By using this service, you represent that you are a licensed professional in one of these categories.

Beta Service

Collaborative Coach AI is currently provided as a beta service. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. The service may experience downtime without notice. No uptime guarantees are provided during the beta period.

Not Professional Advice

AI-generated responses are informational and educational in nature only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or therapeutic guidance. You must exercise your own independent professional judgment in all matters. No professional relationship is created between you and Collaborative Coach AI through your use of this service.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for professional practice guidance related to collaborative law.
• Do not input personally identifiable information about your clients into the service.
• Do not rely on AI responses as the sole basis for professional decisions.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or authentication mechanisms.

Intellectual Property

The knowledge base powering Collaborative Coach AI contains material derived from the State Bar of Texas Annual Collaborative Law Course materials. All rights to these materials are reserved by their respective owners. The service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Collaborative Coach AI.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (currently $0 during the beta period).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collaborative Coach AI and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your reliance on AI-generated responses in professional practice.

Governing Law
